Alternatives to Newspaper Advertising Remains a Priority

The TSSA board of directors decided to keep the momentum gained during the last legislative session with House Bill 2574 “Alternatives to Mandatory Newspaper Advertising for Lien Sales,” and continue with our efforts to get this bill signed into law this session. Representative Stan Lambert (House District 71, Abilene) is championing our bill again this session and has refiled the bill under House Bill 1093. We will need your help to pass the bill.
