Master the intricacies of legal and operational aspects of self storage at the reimagined 2025 Legal Workshop, which has been thoughtfully designed for both novice and advanced self-storage operators and managers. During this interactive workshop with TSSA Legal Counsel, you’ll discover practical solutions and address unique scenarios that you encounter during daily interactions with tenants.

Half of your time will be focused on updates and high-level overviews of foreclosure and eviction, and during the second half of the day, we’ll separate into beginner and advanced breakouts. Led by TSSA Legal Counsel, the beginner group will review common legal processes and take an in-depth look at foreclosure and eviction. The advanced breakout will include round table discussions, where you’ll get to breakdown various case studies and chat with peers about how to best handle more complicated legal and operational situations.
