“I purchased 2.5 acres of undeveloped land on Northpark Drive in Kingwood, Texas in order to start a consignment car lot. Because I needed to supplement my income, I began renting out the remainder of the property for outside storage. It filled up rather quickly and I saw a need for larger storage units so I built 14 x 40 fully enclosed units. Before construction was completed, I had a waiting list for my first 40 units.
