The Texas Self Storage Association is conducting the
fifth annual market data survey and we need your
response and input. The information provided by facility
owners and managers across the state is vital in order
to compile an accurate picture of the status of our
industry.
As you know, information is power, and to put that power
in your hands, TSSA needs you to complete this
short survey.
What's in it for you? You will be helping us to compile
data that owners and others need to understand the
direction of local markets. Is a certain market
marginally overbuilt or is it becoming severely
overbuilt? Your input will help us to provide owners
with the
tools to measure their facility's performance against
benchmark rates and occupancies, and determine whether other
owners are offering discounts and why.
Plus, as a thank-you for your time, your completed
survey, enters you for a chance to win one of five $100
gift cards. You must complete the survey by June 30,
2009 to be eligible! Read the

And, all participants completing the survey, will
receive an electronic version of the final, compiled
report free of charge.
The final survey will be distributed at the
annual convention in The
Woodlands to all full registrants. Analysis of the data and
conclusions about the industry will be presented on
October 27, 2009. An electronic version of the report
will be available to all survey participants after
November 9, 2009.
Deadline for response is June 30, 2009. The random
drawing for the five $100 gift cards will be
conducted on July 10, 2009. The winners will be selected
from the completed surveys in accordance to the rules.
Confidentiality is a primary consideration. We never
publish information about individual
facilities. Data will be presented in an aggregated form only. To view our confidentiality
